Welcome to SEB’12!

Published Sep 01, 2012

SEB’12 will bring together world-leading experts on renewable energy and sustainability-related topics for its three-day International Conference on Sustainability in Energy and Buildings. Topic areas include technology for renewable energy and sustainability in the built environment, optimisation and modeling techniques, information and communication technology usage, and behaviours and practices.

The event is jointly hosted by the KTH School of Information and Communication Technology, the Centre for Sustainable Communications and KES International, a knowledge transfer organisation consisting of several thousand research scientists and engineers.

“The conference perfectly links CESC’s interest in innovative information and communication technologies with the enormous possibilites for sustainability improvements in the building sector,” says Mattias Höjer, Director at CESC and part of the organising team.

Professor Göran Finnveden, KTH-Vice President and project leader at CESC, is giving a keynote speech at the first day of the conference,  on Monday September 3.
